- We commit to respecting people and the environment in all current and future geographies of operation, and we plan and implement our work to reduce our environmental footprint to zero.
- We ensure and certify that Sunar Un ve Yem complies with international standards in food safety, hygiene conditions, and customer satisfaction.
- We ensure that customer satisfaction levels, demands, and expectations are continuously measured and met, aiming to exceed these expectations with the principle of “unconditional and unlimited customer satisfaction.”
- We adopt integrity, reliability, and determination as our principles, acting with the awareness of: “Sell to both domestic and international customers only the products you would want on your own table.”

- In new lands to be opened for use and areas where facilities will be established, we primarily inform the local public and show unconditional respect for the health, living conditions, and cultures of local communities. We plan and implement social responsibility projects to increase the development levels and welfare of these local communities.
- We commit that we will not make facility investments on any land other than those opened for industrial use by authorized institutions.
